At The SANDBAR, we provide catering, seating and hosting services for a variety of functions, from wedding rehearsals to corportant events. We can help you plan or provide you with a menu to suit your needs.

We are available for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons, birthday parties, corporate events and holiday parties to name a few.

We have a wide assortment of appetizers, lunch specials and chef's specials for your event and can prepare almost anything that please your palate, so if you don't see it on our menu, please ask! We can also bake cakes for your special occasion. The price varies depending on what you choose.

The restaurant seats about 75 people inside comfortably. We can accommodate another 60 people outside on our porch. Outdoors we can accommodate up to 150 people with a dance floor, band, buffet and full bar. The side lawn is also a beautiful spot for a function. We recommend renting a large tent for the lawn functions which can accommodate up to 350 guests comfortably and provides:

• Plenty of room on the plush landscaped lawn, ideal for a dance floor and a full band
• Room for a hot buffet and full bar facilities
• Clean rest rooms downstairs at the marina
• Extended for hours for live outdoor entertainment - the town the limit is 10 PM, but we can go until midnight!
• An elevator available for the elderly or handicapped that provides access to our upstairs facility

A few particulars

• All alcoholic beverages at SANDBAR functions must be purchased from The SANDBAR. We have all ABC permits for both the restaurant and catered affairs. We have an extensive wine list to choose from and food and wine pairing is one of our greatest pleasures!
• The cost of linens is generally included in the basic per person charge, unless your party is using rental tables and chairs. We have a limited selection of colors available at no cost but they must be ordered and take a few weeks. The company we use carries white, champagne, dusty rose, burgundy, royal blue, forest green and black.
• We also can recommend some excellent florists, wedding cake specialists and outstanding entertainers.

Booking an event

• All functions require a non~refundable deposit to be made at the time of the reservation in order to hold your date and time.
• A fifty percent deposit is required 60 days in advance and the total bill must be paid in full on the day of the party.
• In the unfortunate event of a cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled event, we reserve the right to keep the deposits made to date.
• A guaranteed guest count is required 7 days in advance of your function, after which time your number may not be decreased.
• Contact Claire at the restaurant as soon as possible to secure your date.

Due to national health department regulations any left over food will remain the property of the restaurant for food safety purposes. The SANDBAR can handle all of your rental needs and will charge a 15% premium on all items. Sales tax of 7% and 18% gratuity will be added to your final bill.
